Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and SintaConnect regarding your use of the SintaConnect website, services, features, communications, memberships, and related technology.

You represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. You also agree to follow any additional policies displayed on the platform, including our Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Safety Center guidance, and Cancellation and Refund Policy.

To use SintaConnect, you must:

• ✓Be at least 18 years old;
• ✓Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• ✓Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law;
• ✓Not be legally required to register as a sex offender;
• ✓Not have previously been removed or permanently banned from SintaConnect unless we have provided written permission for your return;
• ✓Provide accurate and truthful account information; and
• ✓Use the platform only for lawful and genuine relationship purposes.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet every eligibility requirement listed above.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating and maintaining your account. You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or create an account on behalf of someone else without lawful authorization.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Do not share your password or allow another person to use your account.

You must notify SintaConnect promptly through our Contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or your login information has been compromised.

Unless expressly approved by SintaConnect, each person may maintain only one personal member account.

SintaConnect is provided for individual adults seeking genuine personal relationships. You may not use the platform for unauthorized business activity, recruiting, advertising, solicitation, data collection, political campaigning, fundraising, or commercial promotion.

Creator, affiliate, referral, advertising, or business partnership activity is permitted only when separately approved by SintaConnect in writing.

You are responsible for the information, photographs, messages, videos, profile text, reports, and other content you submit or transmit through SintaConnect. We refer to this material as “Member Content.”

You represent that you own your Member Content or have the necessary rights and permission to use and share it. Your content must not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, contractual, or legal rights.

You retain ownership of your Member Content. However, by posting it, you grant SintaConnect a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, resize, transmit, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and promote the platform.

This license ends when your content is deleted from our active systems, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for backups, security, investigations, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of these Terms.

SintaConnect may remove, restrict, preserve, or review content when reasonably necessary to operate the platform, protect members, investigate reports, or comply with law.

You may not use SintaConnect to:

• •Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, shame, bully, or abuse another person;
• •Request, offer, send, or receive money through fraud, manipulation, coercion, or false pretenses;
• •Operate a romance scam, investment scam, immigration scam, employment scam, or other deceptive scheme;
• •Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, location, relationship status, intentions, employment, or background;
• •Post stolen, altered, misleading, or unauthorized photographs or videos;
• •Send spam, repetitive solicitations, chain messages, or unauthorized advertising;
• •Promote prostitution, trafficking, sexual exploitation, or unlawful commercial sexual activity;
• •Share sexual content involving anyone under 18 or content that appears to involve a minor;
• •Solicit personal information from a minor or attempt to communicate romantically or sexually with a minor;
• •Post hateful, discriminatory, threatening, excessively violent, or unlawful content;
• •Share another person’s private information without permission;
• •Upload malware, harmful code, automated scripts, or material designed to damage or disrupt the platform;
• •Scrape, copy, harvest, index, or collect member information through automated or unauthorized methods;
• •Circumvent security, access controls, membership restrictions, moderation actions, or technical limitations;
• •Create another account after suspension or removal without written permission;
• •Sell, transfer, license, or give your account to another person;
• •Use the platform to violate immigration, financial, criminal, privacy, intellectual-property, or other applicable laws; or
• •Encourage, assist, or coordinate any prohibited activity.

Members are responsible for their own conversations, decisions, meetings, and relationships. SintaConnect does not direct or control what members say to one another.

Messages may be reviewed when they are reported, when necessary to investigate possible misconduct, when automated or manual safety controls identify potential violations, or when required by law.

Do not send unwanted sexual messages, repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop, or pressure another member to move a conversation off the platform.

You may block communication, stop responding, or report a member whenever you feel uncomfortable or believe a violation has occurred.

SintaConnect may offer identity, photograph, email, phone, profile, or other verification features. Verification indicates only that a particular review or process was completed. It is not a guarantee of a member’s character, intentions, honesty, criminal history, financial condition, relationship status, or future conduct.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, SintaConnect does not conduct criminal background checks on every member. We cannot guarantee that any member is who they claim to be.

Never send money, financial credentials, banking information, identity documents, passwords, or sensitive personal information to someone you have only met online.

When meeting in person, meet in a public place, tell someone you trust about your plans, keep control of your transportation, and contact local emergency services if you believe anyone is in immediate danger.

Members may report profiles, messages, conversations, or conduct that may violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

SintaConnect may investigate reports and take action based on the information reasonably available to us. Possible actions include removing content, limiting features, issuing warnings, changing verification status, suspending accounts, banning accounts, preserving evidence, or contacting appropriate authorities.

We are not required to disclose confidential moderation methods, reporter identities, internal notes, security information, or the complete details of an investigation.

SintaConnect may act without advance notice when we reasonably believe immediate action is necessary to protect a person, preserve platform security, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

Submitting a knowingly false or malicious report is itself a violation of these Terms.

Premium membership is currently intended to be offered at $19.99 per month unless a different price is clearly displayed before purchase.

By purchasing a recurring Premium membership, you authorize SintaConnect and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the displayed membership price, applicable taxes, and any clearly disclosed charges.

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. The renewal price, billing frequency, and material membership terms will be presented before your purchase is completed.

You must provide accurate billing information and keep your payment method current. If payment cannot be completed, Premium access may be limited, suspended, or ended.

Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider. Your payment information may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

You may cancel a recurring Premium membership to stop future renewal charges. Cancellation will ordinarily take effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and Premium access may continue until that period ends.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your SintaConnect account. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are nonrefundable and SintaConnect does not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time, deleted accounts, suspended accounts, or membership features that were not used.

Nothing in these Terms limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

You may stop using SintaConnect and request account deletion, subject to reasonable retention needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, moderation records, disputes, and legitimate business purposes.

SintaConnect may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe the member has violated these Terms, created safety or legal risk, engaged in fraud, failed to pay applicable charges, or misused the platform.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to contact support. However, immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect members, the public, SintaConnect, or its systems.

Termination does not eliminate obligations or rights that arose before termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

SintaConnect and its website design, branding, logos, software, text, graphics, interfaces, databases, features, and original content are owned by or licensed to SintaConnect and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, SintaConnect grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for its intended personal purpose.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, license, reverse engineer, distribute, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from protected SintaConnect material except with written permission or where applicable law expressly permits it.

SintaConnect may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, hosting companies, analytics providers, identity-verification services, communication services, or other vendors.

We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by a separate agreement between you and that provider.

We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that SintaConnect will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, security concerns, technical problems, provider interruptions, or circumstances outside our control.

We may update, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We will provide notice of material changes when required by law.

SintaConnect does not guarantee that you will receive messages, meet another member, enter a relationship, become engaged, marry, or achieve any particular personal result.

We do not endorse, recommend, certify, or guarantee any member. Profile information and member statements may be incomplete, misleading, inaccurate, or false.

You are solely responsible for evaluating another person, deciding whether to communicate or meet, and taking appropriate safety precautions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SintaConnect is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

SintaConnect disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, security, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the platform will meet every expectation, that all members are genuine or safe, or that defects and interruptions will always be corrected.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SintaConnect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes losses arising from member conduct, communications, meetings, relationships, fraud, identity misrepresentation, emotional distress, loss of data, lost profits, business interruption, personal injury, property damage, or unauthorized access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SintaConnect’s total liability for claims arising from or relating to the platform will not exceed the greater of:

• •The amount you paid directly to SintaConnect during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
• •$100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SintaConnect, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

• •Your use or misuse of the platform;
• •Your Member Content;
• •Your interaction, communication, or meeting with another member;
• •Your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or
• •Your violation of another person’s rights.

These Terms and disputes involving SintaConnect will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s law must apply and cannot legally be waived.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact SintaConnect and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. SintaConnect will also attempt to resolve legitimate disputes fairly and promptly.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings relating to these Terms or SintaConnect must be brought in a state or federal court with proper jurisdiction in Tennessee.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or protective relief when reasonably necessary.

SintaConnect may be accessible from multiple countries. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you in your location.

Access to the platform from a particular location does not mean that every feature, payment method, or membership offering is legally available there.

SintaConnect may restrict or discontinue access in a jurisdiction where operation would create legal, regulatory, security, or business risk.

By using SintaConnect, you consent to receive electronic communications necessary to operate your account, including security alerts, account notices, transaction confirmations, policy updates, moderation notices, and membership information.

Transactional and legally required communications may still be sent even if you choose not to receive optional promotional messages.

Electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be provided in writing, to the extent permitted by law.

SintaConnect may update these Terms to reflect changes to the platform, business practices, technology, safety requirements, or applicable law.

When material changes are made, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.

Your continued use of SintaConnect after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.

These Terms and the policies incorporated into them constitute the complete agreement between you and SintaConnect regarding use of the platform.

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect and the affected provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SintaConnect’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without written permission. SintaConnect may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, asset sale, or similar business transaction.

Section headings are included for convenience and do not limit the meaning of these Terms.
